Solving sales problems and delivering sales results.


Clients engage me for one of two reasons. They either have sales problems to resolve, or sales results they want to achieve that they are not achieving today. For this reason, we always start with a brief two-way discussion to understand the issues you are facing. Assuming I can help, we will then need to meet to discuss these issues in further detail. From experience, this first stage can range in complexity from a single meeting to a full assessment including sales accompaniments and structured interviews.

Coaching interventions then take on the following stages:

  1. Agree the measurable outcome that the programme is intended to deliver
  2. Design the intervention to enable participants to achieve the desired outcome
  3. Coach participants in a tailored programme to master their new skills
  4. Measure the business outcome and knowledge retention

This step-by-step approach ensures that you get a programme that closely meets your needs.

How I Work


Coaching

Programmes are always highly interactive and applied to the real challenges that participants are facing. This makes the sessions very valuable, as there is little requirement to adapt or adopt learnings to your specific industry and typical customers.

I can work on a group basis in the classroom, work 1:1 with leaders and individuals, and also run specific skills or deal workshops as part of a comprehensive programme. Programmes typically combine on-site work, telephone coaching, virtual coaching and remote assessment and feedback.
